Modalities We Use
Choosing the right massage depends on what you hope to achieve from it.
Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage that involves the therapist utilizing an overhead bar and their own body weight to monitor pressure applied when gliding over muscles. This stretching technique can help with those suffering pain as a result of soft-tissue damage, chronic shortened muscles or other chronic muscular disorders.
Therapists: Sarah, Tyffani
Cupping Massage/ Myofascial Release
This traditional technique involves applying negative pressure on the skin with cups. We frequently combined the cupping technique with Myofascial release for optimal results. Cupping is proven to help with pain from tissue scarring, knots or swelling.
Therapists: Sarah, Jess, Josh
Deep Tissue massages work on the sub-layer of musculature in the body and requires a therapist with an extensive understanding of anatomy and physiology. This modality is beneficial for those suffering from inflammation-related pain such as arthritis and tendinitis, as well as those undergoing injury rehabilitation.
Therapists: Jess = Deepest, Josh = Medium Deep, Sarah & Susannah = Gentle Deep
We use a combination of modalities intended to balance energy flow in the body. Therapists focus on the chakras and joints to help clients find peace and grounding, ultimately resulting in increased mobility, decreased pain and improved range of motion.
Therapists: Susannah, Sarah, Tyffani
This technique involves specialized tools which glide along the surface of skin, gripping fascia in such a way our hands aren’t able to promote blood circulation while removing toxic heat, blood, and lymph from the body. Gua Sha means “to scrape toxins.”
Therapists: Tyffani & Dr. Johnson
Himalayan Hot Stone
A modality traditionally only offered in high end spas, we are the first to offer it in our area. Similar to the technique used in Lava Hot Stone massage, this modality involves a therapist using Himalayan salt stones to massage muscles. The natural minerals in the stones have positive effects on the body while the negative ions produced by the stones have positive effects on the mind.
Therapists: All of us!
Lava Hot Stone
In this ancient technique, the therapist uses hot stones to apply kneading pressure to the muscles. This results in muscles loosening, improved circulation and relief of chronic pain.
Therapists: All of us!
This modality is designed to assist the draining of toxins through the lymphatic system, a complex network of vessels, tissues and organs. Proper lymphatic draining can result in better moods, clearer skin, improved circulation, and increased energy.
Therapists: Sarah, Susannah, Tyffani (only post operative)
Myofascial Release (MFR)
This modality aims to resolve the tension in the fascial system, which is made up of fibrous connective tissue containing closely packed bundles of collagen fibers. Myofascial Release is beneficial for those with chronic pain conditions, neurological dysfunction, headaches and more.
Therapists: Jess, Susannah, Sarah, Tyffani
Neuromuscular Therapy uses soft-tissue manipulation to balance the central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system. The overall goal of this modality is to help relieve pain and dysfunction by identifying an underlying cause.
Therapists: Tyffani, Sarah in Training!
Trauma Care (A mind-body approach)
This technique utilizes therapeutic movement and breathwork with psychotherapeutic elements in an effort to to bring the body and mind together. We collaborate care with Therapist to complete the cycle of trauma care for those affected by trauma and abuse.
Trigger Point Therapy (TPT)
The goal of this treatment is to significantly reduce myofascial pain, achieved through a systematic approach including trigger point compression, myomassage, stretching and corrective exercising.
Therapists: Josh, Jess, Susannah, Sarah
Whatever experience you’re looking for, our highly skilled massage therapists will help determine the best techniques to get the outcome you desire.

Vincent Our Customer
As an endurance athlete, it’s always a challenge to find therapists who “get it” when it comes to the type of treatments that benefit athletic pursuit. I’ve had great results from this team and am always happy to recommend them!
Marc Our Customer
They gave me an appointment that worked with my schedule, tailored the massage to my specific issue, were extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. My doctor recommended I go to them. Even though it was a bit of a drive, it was completely worth it and I will be back again next week.
Kim Our Customer
We get massages in our office and love the professionalism and talent of this team. Would highly recommend!
