At Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, we maintain a 24-hour cancellation notice policy. This simply means that our clients are required to provide us with 24-hours notice when canceling or requesting a reschedule. This policy allows us to:

By ensuring our therapists are getting paid for their next-day appointments no matter what, we’re able to retain highly qualified LMTs while keeping prices friendly for our clients.

Employ a high-quality team of educated and experienced therapists
Licensed Massage Therapists in Utah are no longer required to learn anything new in order to maintain a license. However, we are invested in our team’s skills and our client’s care and work hard to seek out additional education. This investment is an additional expense made possible by maintaining our 24-hour cancellation policy.

We want to keep our team consistent so you get to keep the therapist you like! We can only keep our fabulous team members if they feel valued, which includes making a consistent income. We spend our time with YOU, not the phone
We keep our overhead low by employing only one amazing full-time front desk staff member. This makes it difficult to handle last-minute cancellations and fill up last-minute appointment slots. Our cancellation policy ensures that we are able to keep that overhead low and pass the savings on to you!
